Xin hỏi luật sư thỏa thuận phân chia nguồn cung ứng dịch vụ để hạn chế cạnh tranh trong thị trường liên quan được hiểu như thế nào?

 Khoản 2 Điều 15 Nghị định số 116/2005/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ ngày 15/09/2005 quy định chi tiết thi hành má»™t số Ä‘iều của Luật Cạnh tranh quy định: Thoả thuận phân chia nguồn cung ứng dịch vụ là việc thống nhất má»—i bên tham gia thỏa thuận chỉ được sá»­ dụng dịch vụ từ má»™t hoặc má»™t số nguồn cung cấp nhất định.
