Thế nào bị cho là hành vi giới hạn thị trường gây thiệt hại cho khách hàng thưa luật sư?

 

Khoản 2 Điều 28 Nghị định số 116/2005/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ ngày 15/09/2005 quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Cạnh tranh quy định giới hạn thị trường gây thiệt hại cho khách hàng là hành vi:

-  Chỉ cung ứng hàng hóa, dịch vụ trong má»™t hoặc má»™t số khu vá»±c địa lý nhất định;

-  Chỉ mua hàng hoá, dịch vụ từ má»™t hoặc má»™t số nguồn cung nhất định trừ trường hợp các nguồn cung khác không đáp ứng được những Ä‘iều kiện hợp lý và phù hợp vá»›i tập quán thÆ°Æ¡ng mại thông thường do bên mua đặt ra.
