Thủ tục đăng ký kinh doanh ngành nghề tắm hơi, massage

Kính chào luật sư! Cty tôi mới thành lập với ngành nghề tắm hơi, massage (mã ngành: 96100) và chúng tôi có xem qua Nghị định số 72/2009/NĐ-CP Quy định điều kiện về an ninh, trật tự đối với một số ngành, nghề kinh doanh có điều kiện (trong đó có ngành massage), tuy nhiên chúng tôi vẫn chưa rõ một số điều sau đây: 1/Hồ sơ đề nghị cấp mới Giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện về an ninh, trật tự nộp tại cơ quan công an cấp nào? 2/Bản khai lý lịch của người đại diện pháp luật mẫu biểu như thế nào? 3/Lệ phí là bao nhiêu? Rất mong Quý luật sư hướng dẫn để Cty biết và thực hiện theo pháp luật. Trân trọng kính chào.

Quy định kinh doanh ngành massage, karaoke, vũ trường

HỎI:  Chào luật sư! Chúng tôi nghe nói hiện nay TP.HCM tạm ngưng cấp mới ngành, nghề massage, karaoke, vũ trường, vậy thông tin này có đúng không? nếu đúng thì điều này được quy định tại văn bản pháp luật nào? và khi nào thì các ngành nghề trên được cấp lại? Rất mong Quý Sở hướng dẫn. Trân trọng kính chào.
