Doanh nghiệp, cơ quan, hợp tác xã, hộ gia đình và cá nhân sử dụng các loại máy, thiết bị, vật tư có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động có trách nhiệm như thế nào?

Trả lời:

Điều 23 Nghị định số 45/2013/NĐ-CP quy định doanh nghiệp, cÆ¡ quan, tổ chức, hợp tác xã, há»™ gia đình và cá nhân sá»­ dụng các loại máy, thiết bị, vật tÆ° có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao Ä‘á»™ng có trách nhiệm ký hợp đồng vá»›i tổ chức hoạt Ä‘á»™ng kiểm định kỹ thuật an toàn lao Ä‘á»™ng để kiểm định lần đầu trÆ°á»›c khi Ä‘Æ°a vào sá»­ dụng hoặc kiểm định định kỳ trong quá trình sá»­ dụng. Đồng thời, phải khai báo trÆ°á»›c khi Ä‘Æ°a vào sá»­ dụng, báo cáo việc kiểm định các loại máy, thiết bị, vật tÆ° có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao Ä‘á»™ng vá»›i cÆ¡ quan có thẩm quyền.
