Mức phạt khi không thông báo phát hành hóa đơn

Tôi đã bán hàng hoá và lập hoá đơn giao cho khách hàng nhưng lại chưa lập thông báo phát hành hóa đơn thì bị xử phạt như thế nào theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành?

 Khoản 2, Điều 32 Nghị định 51/2010/NĐ-CP quy định về hoá Ä‘Æ¡n bán hàng, cung ứng dịch vụ, theo đó, phạt tiền từ 4.000.000 đồng đến 20.000.000 đồng đối vá»›i hành vi không lập tờ thông báo phát hành hóa Ä‘Æ¡n sau khi hóa Ä‘Æ¡n đã được sá»­ dụng.
