Hãy cho biết những hành vi nào bị cấm khi thực hiện dân chủ tại nơi làm việc?

Trả lời:

Theo quy định tại Điều 5 Nghị định số 60/2013/NĐ-CP thì những hành vi sau bị cấm khi thực hiện dân chủ tại nơi làm việc:

1. Thực hiện trái các quy định của pháp luật.

2. Xâm phạm an ninh quốc gia, trật tự an toàn xã hội, xâm phạm lợi ích của Nhà nước.

3. Xâm phạm quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của người sử dụng lao động và người lao động.

4. Trù dập, phân biệt đối xử với người tham gia đối thoại, người khiếu nại, tố cáo.
