Quy định thay đổi người quản lý, vốn điều lệ của doanh nghiệp cho thuê lại lao động

Đề nghị cho biết việc thay đổi người quản lý, người giữ chức danh chủ chốt, vốn điều lệ của doanh nghiệp cho thuê lại lao động phải tuân theo những quy định nào ?

Trả lời:

Điều 9 Nghị định số 55/2013/NĐ-CP quy định khi thay đổi người quản lý, các chức danh chủ chốt hoặc thay đổi mức vốn điều lệ, doanh nghiệp cho thuê lại lao động phải thực hiện đúng quy định của Luật doanh nghiệp và các văn bản liên quan, bảo đảm điều kiện quy định về ký quỹ, mức vốn pháp định, có trụ sở, người đứng đầu doanh nghiệp tuân theo quy định của Nghị định số 55/2013/NĐ-CP; đồng thời phải thông báo bằng văn bản gửi Sở Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội trong thời hạn 10 ngày làm việc, trước ngày có sự thay đổi đó.
