Công đoàn và tư vấn pháp luật về lao động

Chúng tôi là những người lao động làm việc tại một doanh nghiệp. Xin hỏi trong trường hợp, chúng tôi cần tư vấn pháp luật về lao động thì có thể nhờ sự trợ giúp của Công đoàn doanh nghiệp nơi chúng tôi đang làm việc không?

Trả lời:

Theo quy định tại Điều 7 Nghị định số 43/2013/NĐ-CP, công đoàn các cấp có quyền, trách nhiệm tổ chức hoạt động tư vấn cho người lao động các nội dung quy định của pháp luật về lao động, pháp luật về công chức, viên chức, bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, công đoàn và pháp luật khác có liên quan đến quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp, chính đáng của người lao động thông qua hoạt động của các cấp công đoàn. Như vậy, người lao động trong doanh nghiệp có thể yêu cầu công đoàn cơ sở tại doanh nghiệp tổ chức hoạt động tư vấn các nội dung quy định của pháp luật về lao động cho mình.
