Anh B là cán bộ tư pháp phụ trách công tác phổ biến giáo dục pháp luật của quận Y. Sau khi Luật xử lý vi phạm hành chính năm 2012 được ban hành, anh B thấy cấp trên có văn bản yêu cầu mình tổ chức phổ biến pháp luật, hướng dẫn, tập huấn, bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ về pháp luật xử lý vi phạm hành chính. Vậy theo quy định pháp luật, thì anh B phải thực hiện những nhiệm vụ nào?

          Văn phòng Luật sÆ° Tô Đình Huy trả lời: Căn cứ Điều 20 Nghị định số 81/2013/NĐ-CP thì để phổ biến pháp luật, hÆ°á»›ng dẫn, tập huấn, bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ về pháp luật xá»­ lý vi phạm hành chính, anh B cần thá»±c hiện những nhiệm vụ sau:

          - Nghiên cứu, biên soạn tài liệu phục vụ công tác phổ biến, bồi dưỡng, tập huấn pháp luật về xá»­ lý vi phạm hành chính.

- Tổ chức tập huấn, bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ cho người làm công tác xá»­ lý vi phạm hành chính.

- Tổ chức phổ biến pháp luật xá»­ lý vi phạm hành chính vá»›i ná»™i dung và hình thức phù hợp vá»›i từng đối tượng cụ thể.

- HÆ°á»›ng dẫn nghiệp vụ áp dụng pháp luật về xá»­ lý vi phạm hành chính.
