Người sử dụng dịch vụ mạng xã hội có những quyền và nghĩa vụ như thế nào?

Theo Điều 26, Nghị định số 72/2014/NĐ-CP, ngoài những quyền và nghĩa vụ của người sử dụng Internet quy định tại Điều 10 Nghị định, người sử dụng dịch vụ mạng xã hội có quyền và nghĩa vụ sau đây:

- ÄÆ°á»£c sá»­ dụng dịch vụ của mạng xã há»™i trừ các dịch vụ bị cấm theo quy định của pháp luật.

- ÄÆ°á»£c bảo vệ bí mật thông tin riêng và thông tin cá nhân theo quy định của pháp luật.

- Tuân thủ quy chế quản lý, cung cấp và sá»­ dụng dịch vụ mạng xã há»™i.

- Chịu trách nhiệm về ná»™i dung thông tin do mình lÆ°u trữ, cung cấp, truyền Ä‘Æ°a trên mạng xã há»™i, phát tán thông tin qua đường liên kết trá»±c tiếp do mình thiết lập.
