Thời gian nghỉ giữa ca là bao nhiêu ?

Em có thắc mắc về thời gian nghỉ giữa ca. Theo quy định làm việc 8h liên tục được nghỉ ít nhất 30 phút tính vào giờ làm việc, nhưng nếu nghỉ 45 phút không tính vào giờ làm việc thì có đúng luật không. Mong hồi âm!

Theo khoản 1 Điều 71 Bá»™ luật Lao Ä‘á»™ng quy định về thời giờ nghỉ ngÆ¡i: â€œNgười lao Ä‘á»™ng làm việc 8 giờ liên tục thì được nghỉ ít nhất ná»­a giờ, tính vào giờ làm việc.”NhÆ° vậy, theo quy định của pháp luật, chỉ khi làm việc 8 giờ liên tục trong Ä‘iều kiện bình thường th젠áp dụng thời giờ nghỉ ngÆ¡i sẽ là 30 phút.

Nếu bạn được nghỉ giữa ca 45 phút thì không được coi đó là làm việc liên tục 8 giờ. Vì vậy, việc nghỉ 45 phút không tính vào giờ làm việc là đúng với quy định pháp luật.
