Không bảo lưu sổ BHXH được không ?

Tôi thấy các loạt sổ BHXH từ năm 2009 ngoài bìa sổ có in tên và số sổ của người tham gia BH được cấp. Tuy nhiên loạt sổ 2010 trở lại đây lại không thấy? Tôi nghỉ phía BHXH khi cấp sổ, có in tên và số sổ trên sổ được cấp sẽ hỗ trợ tốt hơn cho DN trong việc theo dõi. Khi NLD nghỉ việc mà không viết đơn xin nghỉ việc (báo trước theo đúng HDLĐ). Phía cty của tôi quy định sẽ không tiến hành bảo lưu sổ ( có nghĩa là chỉ trả sổ mà không bảo lưu thì có đúng luật không)?

 - Đúng quy định thì chúng tôi phải ghi tên, số sổ cho bạn tuy nhiên vì áplực 1 năm cấp trên 300 ngàn sổ nếu làm như vậy thì chúng tôi không làm được mong đơn vị thông cảm.

- Không 1 đơn vị nào được thỏa thuận khi NLĐ nghỉ việc mà không trả sổ cho nên DN không bảo lưu là sai quy định kể cả trường sa thải buộc nghỉ việc.
