Thử việc 3 tháng thì tôi có phải đóng BHXH không ?

Tôi đi làm cho công ty bắt đầu từ T2/08.Tôi đã được công ty đóng BHXH từ T5/08. Vậy trong 3 tháng thử việc công ty tôi có trách nhiệm phải đóng BHXH cho tôi không? Trong khi các công ty trước đều đóng BHXH dầy đủ cho tôi trong cả thời gian ký HĐLĐ thử việc

 Người lao động thử việc trong thời gian quy định của pháp luật không phải đóng bảo hiểm xã hội và bảo hiểm y tế. Người lao động thuộc đối tượng bắt buộc tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội và bảo hiểm y tế kể từ khi chính thức ký họp đồng lao động.
