khi chấm dứt hợp đồng thì tôi được hưởng những khoản gì ?

Ví dụ tôi làm việc tại 1 công ty nhưng do cty làm ăn không hiệu quả nên cty có tinh giam biên chế và chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động với tôi, vậy cho tôi hỏi khi chấm dứt hợp đồng thì tôi được hưởng những khoản gì?

 Theo quy định tại điều 42 Bộ Luật Lao động thì bạn được công ty trả trợ cấp thôi việc nếu bạn làm việc đủ 12 tháng trở lên với mức mỗi năm làm việc trả 0,5 tháng lương và phụ cấp lương (nếu có).
Ngoài ra, nếu tham gia BHXH, bạn có thể nhận chế độ BHXH một lần do BHXH chi trả với mức mỗi năm đóng BHXH trả 1,5 tháng l ương.
