Chà o luáºt sÆ°! Tôi nghe nói có quy định má»›i quy định vá» tiá»n lÆ°Æ¡ng tối thiểu của vùng phải không ạ? quy định đó quy định nà o và khi nà o áp dụng mong luáºt sÆ° cho tôi biết!

Qua thá»i gianthá» việc nà y, Cty Ä‘Æ°a “Bảng tá»± nháºn xét cá nhânâ€, để Tôi tá»± đánh giá trÆ°á»›c rồi ná»™p lại cho Cty (Trong Bảng nà y có má»™t bên là phần nháºn xét của Cty). Sau đó , Tôi vẫn Ä‘i là m bình thÆ°á»ng và nháºn thông báo miệng từ phÃa công ty là tôi được nháºn là m nhân viên chÃnh thức. Và thá»±c tế kỳ lÆ°Æ¡ng Lãnh gần nhất của tôi cao hÆ¡n mức lÆ°Æ¡ng thá» việc.Äến ngà y 30-10-2012, Cty Ä‘á»™t ngá»™t ra Quyết định chấm dứt thá»a thuáºn thá» việc và ghi lý do trong Quyết định là : â€Không phù hợp vá»›i nhu cầu công việcâ€Tôi có trình bà y sá»± việc vá»›i Cty ,nhÆ°ng cty nói trong “Bảng tá»± nháºn xét cá nhân “…
Chà o các anh chị !em có má»™t Ä‘iá»u bức xúc mà không biết nói cùng ai. Qua topic nà y, em cÅ©ng rất mong được các anh chị tÆ° vấn giùm em để em khá»i ngà y đếm ấm ức. chả là tết vừa rùi em thấy các anh chị trong công ty được nhân lÆ°Æ¡ng tháng 13 nhÆ°ng em và má»™t số thà nh viên khác thì không được mặc dù đã là m việc cho công ty hÆ¡n 1 năm. Có ngÆ°á»i bảo rằng thá»i gian em là m việc chÆ°a lâu nên chỉ được nháºn quà thôi. Vì váºy, em rất mong được các anh chị, các cô các bác trên diá»…n Ä‘Ã n cho em há»i trÆ°á»ng hợp nà o thì được nháºn lÆ°Æ¡ng tháng 13 ạ. Em xin chân thà nh cảm Æ¡n!
Tôi muốn há»i việc chia tiá»n lÆ°Æ¡ng, tiá»n thưởng tháng 13 được quy định nhÆ° thế nà o. Theo thông lệ thì đến cuối tháng 12, các công ty sẽ phát lÆ°Æ¡ng tháng 13 cho tất cả nhân viên tùy theo thá»i gian là m việc tại công ty. Tôi cÅ©ng đã là m hÆ¡n má»™t năm tại công ty nhÆ°ng đầu tháng 1/2009 tôi đã là m Ä‘Æ¡n xin nghỉ việc, nhÆ° váºy, tôi có được thưởng lÆ°Æ¡ng tháng 13 hay không?
