Hủy vé xe có được trả lại tiền ?

Tôi mua vé xe khách về quê nhưng vì lý do cá nhân nên tôi sẽ phải hủy chuyến đi đó. Nếu tôi thông báo cho hãng xe trước 1 ngày thì có được hoàn trả lại tiền vé không?

 

Theo Khoản 3, Điều 22, Thông tÆ° 63/2014/TT-BGTVT của Bá»™ GTVT quy định về tổ chức, quản lý hoạt Ä‘á»™ng vận tải bằng xe ô tô và dịch vụ há»— trợ vận tải đường bá»™.

“Điều 22. Trách nhiệm của doanh nghiệp, hợp tác xã kinh doanh vận tải

3. Thanh toán tối thiểu 90% tiền vé cho hành khách đã mua vé nhưng từ chối chuyến đi trước khi xe khởi hành ít nhất 02 giờ; thanh toán tối thiểu 70% tiền vé cho hành khách đã mua vé nhưng từ chối chuyến đi trước khi xe khởi hành ít nhất 30 phút.”

 NhÆ° vậy, việc bạn có được hoàn trả vé không, và được trả bao nhiêu phần trăm thì phụ thuá»™c vào thời gian bạn thông báo hủy chuyến Ä‘i vá»›i hãng xe. Trong trường hợp bạn thông báo việc hủy chuyến Ä‘i trÆ°á»›c 1 ngày thì bạn sẽ được trả ít nhất là 90% tiền vé.
