Em có 1 câu hỏi muốn giải đáp. Em theo đạo thiên chúa nhưng bố em trưoswc kia đi bộ đội và là thương binh. Vậy e có thể lấy chồng là công an được k ạ? Nếu lấy thì có ảnh hưởng gì đến chồng e sau này không ạ?

 

Thường thì thẩm tra lý lịch 3 đời. Nếu trong gia đình bạn có một hoặc nhiều đảng viên thì thẩm tra 2 đời cũng được (Tùy thuộc vào người đi thẩm tra).

Các điều kiện cơ bản không lấy chồng (vợ) công an:

1. Gia đình làm tay sai cho chế độ phong kiến, Nguy quân, Ngụy quyền

2. Bố mẹ hoặc bản thân có tiền án hoặc đang chấp hành án phạt tù.

3. Gia đình hoặc bản thân theo Đạo thiên chúa, Cơ đốc, Tin lành...

4. Gia đình hoặc bản thân là người dân tộc Hoa.

5. Bố mẹ hoặc bản thân là người nước ngoài (kể cả đã nhập tịch)

Ngoài ra còn một số các quy định khác nhưng cũng tùy thuộc vào từng địa phương.

Theo Luật hôn nhân và gia đình, hai bạn có thể kết hôn với nhau nhưng vì người yêu bạn làm công an nếu hai bạn lấy nhau thì sẽ ảnh hưởng đến con đường sự nghiệp của chồng bạn. Chồng bạn có thể kỷ luật không được thăng chức hoặc bị loại trừ ra khỏi ngành tùy theo quy định nội bộ của ngành công an.
