Tháng 04/2015: Em có tham gia bảo hiểm tự nguyện tại quê nhà. Cũng tại thời điểm đó, em hết thời gian thử việc tại một công ty, nên họ đăng ký đóng bảo hiểm xã hội cho em từ tháng 04/2015. Hiện em đã nghỉ việc ở công ty đó, sang làm công ty khác.

Do vậy sổ bảo hiểm xã hội của em hiện tại đang bị trùng một tháng đóng bảo hiểm xã hội. Vậy em muốn biết thủ tục thoái thu bảo hiểm xã hội sẽ thực hiện ở đâu và theo những bước nào ạ! Em xin cảm ơn!
