Theo điều 5 Thông tư 23/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH quy định thì trả lương trong tháng được hiểu như thế nào ? Thực tế hiện nay doanh nghiệp đến ngày 05 hoặc đến ngày 10 của tháng sau mới trả lương thì làm thế nào để doanh nghiệp trả lương trong tháng ?

 

 Doanh nghiệp phải quy định lại thời Ä‘iểm trả lÆ°Æ¡ng theo đúng quy định tại Điều 5 Thông tÆ° 23/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH. NhÆ°ng, tạm thời doanh nghiệp thá»±c hiện việc trả lÆ°Æ¡ng cho người lao Ä‘á»™ng má»™t tháng 02 kỳ: kỳ má»™t vào giữa tháng và kỳ hai vào đầu tháng sau cho đến khi có văn bản hÆ°á»›ng dẫn của Bá»™ Lao Ä‘á»™ng - ThÆ°Æ¡ng binh và Xã há»™i.
