Cách xác định thời gian nghỉ phép nhân viên

Ngày nghỉ phép của nhân viên được tính từ lúc nhân viên đó bắt đầu thử việc tại công ty hay được tính từ khi nhân viên đó ký hợp đồng lao động chính thức ở công ty sau khi đã hoàn thành tháng thử việc.

Theo quy định thì thời gian nghỉ phép được tính trên thời gian làm việc của nhân viên tại công ty, không phân biệt thử việc hay làm việc chính thức (nhân viên có 12 tháng làm việc tại công ty thì được nghỉ 12 ngày phép năm.

Trường hợp chưa đủ thời gian làm việc 12 tháng thì thời gian nghỉ phép năm được tính tương ứng trên số tháng thực tế làm việc).
