Tổ chức Hội nghị người lao động

Năm 2013, Doanh nghiệp của tôi có 13 lao Ä‘á»™ng và đã tổ chức Há»™i nghị người lao Ä‘á»™ng. Cuối tháng 10 năm 2013 có 04 lao Ä‘á»™ng nghỉ việc. Vậy doanh nghiệp tôi có phải tổ chức Há»™i nghị người lao Ä‘á»™ng vào năm  2014 không?  

Trả lời:

  Điều 14 Nghị định số 60/2013/NĐ-CP, quy định các doanh nghiệp phải tổ chức há»™i nghị người lao Ä‘á»™ng là các doanh nghiệp có từ 10 người lao Ä‘á»™ng trở lên.

- Hội nghị người lao động được tổ chức 12 tháng một lần.

- Hội nghị người lao động được tổ chức theo hình thức hội nghị toàn thể đối với doanh nghiệp có dưới 100 lao động, theo hình thức hội nghị đại biểu đối với doanh nghiệp có từ 100 lao động trở lên.

Như vậy doanh nghiệp của ông/bà hiện chỉ có 09 lao động nên không phải tổ chức Hội nghị người lao động năm 2014.
