Mức tiền thưởng của Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên do nhà nước làm chủ sở hữu có phải tuân theo quy định của pháp luật của nhà nước về khen thưởng không?

Trả lời:

          Theo quy định tại Điều 8 Nghị định số 50/2013/NĐ-CP về tiền thưởng trong Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn má»™t thành viên do nhà nÆ°á»›c làm chủ sở hữu thì:

1. Quỹ tiền thưởng của người lao động được trích từ quỹ khen thưởng, phúc lợi của công ty theo quy định của Chính phủ.

2. Tiền thưởng của người lao động được thực hiện theo quy chế thưởng của công ty.

Như vậy, mức tiền thưởng trong Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên do nhà nước làm chủ sở hữu không phải tuân theo quy định của pháp luật của nhà nước về khen thưởng, mà theo quy chế thưởng của Công ty
