          Trả lời:

          Theo quy định tại Khoản 1 Điều 54 Bá»™ luật lao Ä‘á»™ng thì doanh nghiệp cho thuê lại lao Ä‘á»™ng phải ký quỹ và được cấp phép hoạt Ä‘á»™ng cho thuê lại lao Ä‘á»™ng.

          Ngày 22/5/2013 Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 55/2013/NĐ-CP quy định việc cấp phép hoạt Ä‘á»™ng cho thuê lại lao Ä‘á»™ng, theo đó, Điều 5 của Nghị định quy định doanh nghiệp được cấp Giấy phép hoạt Ä‘á»™ng cho thuê lại lao Ä‘á»™ng khi có đủ các Ä‘iều kiện sau đây:

1. ÄÃ£ thá»±c hiện ký quỹ 2.000.000.000 đồng;

2. Bảo đảm vốn pháp định theo quy định tại Điều 6 Nghị định này;

3. Có trụ sở theo quy định tại Điều 7 Nghị định này;

4. Người đứng đầu doanh nghiệp bảo đảm Ä‘iều kiện theo quy định tại Điều 8 Nghị định này.
