Khi tham gia giải quyết tranh chấp lao động, hòa giải viên lao động có được hưởng tiền bồi dưỡng không? Hòa giải viên lao động được hưởng những chế độ gì?

Trả lời:

          Theo quy định tại Khoản 1 Điều 7 Nghị định số 46/2013/NĐ-CP, những ngày được cá»­ để hòa giải tranh chấp lao Ä‘á»™ng, tranh chấp hợp đồng đào tạo nghề thì  hòa giải viên lao Ä‘á»™ng được hưởng chế Ä‘á»™ bồi dưỡng nhÆ° đối vá»›i Há»™i thẩm theo quy định về chế Ä‘á»™ bồi dưỡng đối vá»›i người tham gia phiên tòa, phiên họp giải quyết dân sá»±.

          Đồng thời nếu phải Ä‘i công tác thì được thanh toán công tác phí trong những ngày thá»±c hiện công tác hòa giải theo chế Ä‘á»™ công tác phí hiện hành.

          Ngoài ra, hòa giải viên lao Ä‘á»™ng được bảo đảm các Ä‘iều kiện cần thiết về phòng họp, tài liệu, văn phòng phẩm phục vụ hòa giải tranh chấp lao Ä‘á»™ng.
