Người lao động làm hư hỏng công cụ, thiết bị hoặc có hành vi khác gây thiệt hại cho tài sản của doanh nghiệp thì xử lý như thế nào?

 Theo quy định của Bá»™ luật lao Ä‘á»™ng thì người lao Ä‘á»™ng làm hÆ° hỏng dụng cụ, thiết bị hoặc có hành vi khác gây thiệt hại cho tài sản của doanh nghiệp thì phải bồi thường theo quy định của pháp luật về thiệt hại đã gây ra. Nếu gây thiệt hại không nghiêm trọng do sÆ¡ xuất, thì phải bồi thường nhiều nhất ba tháng lÆ°Æ¡ng và bị khấu trừ dần vào lÆ°Æ¡ng. Tuy nhiên, việc khấu trừ vào lÆ°Æ¡ng của người lao Ä‘á»™ng phải có sá»± thoả thuận giữa người sá»­ dụng lao Ä‘á»™ng và Ban chấp hành công Ä‘oàn cÆ¡ sở và mức khấu trừ không được quá 30% tiền lÆ°Æ¡ng hàng tháng của người lao Ä‘á»™ng.
