Người sử dụng lao động sa thải lao động nữ vì lý do kết hôn, có thai thì có bị xử phạt không? Mức xử phạt được quy định như thế nào?

 

Tại điểm a khoản 2 Điều 13 Nghị định số 47/2010/NĐ-CP ngày 06/05/2010 quy định:

Phạt tiền từ 5.000.000 đồng đến 10.000.000 đồng đối với người sử dụng lao động sa thải hoặc đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động đối với lao động nữ vì lý do kết hôn; có thai; nghỉ thai sản; nuôi con dưới 12 tháng tuổi trừ trường hợp doanh nghiệp chấm dứt hoạt động.
