Công ty ít lao động có buộc phải tham gia BHXH

Cty tôi thành lập năm 2008 và đến nay chưa đăng ký đóng BHXH cho NLD ( 5 người) nhưng DN của tôi có chi trả 20% cho NLD bây giờ tôi muốn tham gia đóng BHXH cho NLD thì thủ tục để tham gia BHXH như thế nào? Và cty tôi có bị truy thu từ khi thành lập cho đến nay k?

 Bạn đến phòng tiếp nhận hoặc huyện, thị để được hướng dẫn khi đi mang theo GPKD của đơn vị, tạm thời tổ chức BHXH không có truy thu như bạn trình bày, tuy nhiên nếu có thanh tra kiểm tra thì sẽ truy thu.
