Công ty chúng tôi có mua lại 1 đơn vị trực thuộc của 1 công ty khác. Xin hỏi chúng tôi có phải làm lại thủ tục đăng ký kinh doanh cho đơn vị mình không? Thủ tục để đăng ký lại này gồm những hồ sơ tài liệu gì? Xin chân thành cảm ơn

Trường hợp của quý ông (bà) có thể đăng ký hoạt động đơn vị trực thuộc tại Phòng đăng ký kinh doanh - Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư TP.HCM.

Quý ông (bà) có thể tham khảo thủ tục và mẫu thông báo lập chi nhánh/VPĐD /địa điểm kinh doanh trên trang Web Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư mục Tiếng Việt/Thủ tục cấp đăng ký kinh doanh và biểu mẫu chi tiết/Thành lập Chi nhánh/VPĐD/ địa điểm kinh doanh..
