Chào luật sư! ! Kính gửi Sở kế Hoạch và Đầu Tư Tp.HCM Công ty tôi đã làm thủ tục giải thể (báo cáo tài chính của năm hoạt động sau cùng, đã khoá mã số thuế, quyết định giải thể ) nhưng cơ quan thuế chưa xuống kiểm tra quyết toán thuế (công ty đã làm đề nghị). nay chúng tôi muốn trả lại con dấu và giấy phép kinh doanh có được không?, và trả ở đâu ? Trân trọng cảm ơn.

Trường hợp của quý ông (bà) có thể tham khảo thủ tục giải thể trang Web Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư, mục Tiếng Việt/Thủ tục cấp đăng ký kinh doanh và biểu mẫu chi tiết/ giải thể…. . Đề nghị doanh nghiệp vui lòng liên hệ với cơ quan thuế để được khóa mã số thuế.
