Một phán quyết trọng tài được thi hành như thế nào?

§  Phán quyết trọng tài là chung thẩm và có hiệu lá»±c đối vá»›i các bên, trừ trường hợp bị hủy hoặc bì từ chối thi hành;

§  Má»™t phán quyết của Há»™i đồng trọng tài trong nÆ°á»›c sẽ được thi hành phù hợp vá»›i luật thi hành án dân sá»± bởi các cÆ¡ quan thi hành án dân sá»± của Việt Nam mà không cần thông qua các thủ tục chấp thuận hay cho phép của tòa án;

§   Phán quyết của trọng tài vụ việc phải đăng kí theo quy định tại Ä‘iều 62, trÆ°á»›c khi thi hành bởi cÆ¡ quan thi hành án dân sá»± có thẩm quyền

§  Má»™t phán quyết của Há»™i đồng trọng tài nÆ°á»›c ngoài chỉ có thể được công nhận và thi hành bởi quyết định của tòa có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam theo những quy định tại phần VI của bá»™ luật tố tụng dân sá»±,  Công Æ°á»›c New York 1958 và/hoặc trên cÆ¡ sở có Ä‘i có lại.
