Em ký hợp đồng lao động có thời hạn 7 tháng mà em hỏi la khoảng bao nhiêu lâu thì em sẽ được mua bảo hiểm xã hội thì bên sử dụng lao động nói sau khi ký hợp đồng 6 tháng thì em mới được mua bảo hiểm

Vậy bên người sử dụng lao động nói vậy có đúng không,nếu không thì sau khi ký hợp đồng thì bao lâu sau em xẻ được mua bảo hiểm

 Theo Ä‘iều 111- Luật BHXH Trong thời hạn ba mÆ°Æ¡i ngày, kể từ ngày giao kết hợp đồng lao Ä‘á»™ng, hợp đồng làm việc hoặc tuyển dụng, người sá»­ dụng lao Ä‘á»™ng ná»™p hồ sÆ¡ tham gia bảo hiểm xã há»™i cho tổ chức bảo hiểm xã há»™i.
Tổ chức bảo hiểm xã hội có trách nhiệm cấp sổ bảo hiểm xã hội trong thời hạn ba mươi ngày, kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ đối với người tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội
