Cty tôi không tham gia BHXH 2 năm trước nay Cty muốn tham gia BHXH. Vậy thời gian trước có phải truy thu không và đối với những nhân viên hiện nay đã nghĩ việc có truy thu không. Nếu truy thu thì mức đóng như thế nào? Cám ơn.

 

Theo quy định, công ty bạn phải truy thu cho tất cả những người lao động thuộc đối tượng tham gia BHXH, BHTN bắt buộc (kể cả những người đã nghĩ việc).

Mức truy thu được tính theo tỷ lệ thu và mức tiền lương người lao động tại thời điểm phải thu, cộng với một khoản tiền lãi đối với số tiền truy thu, tính theo tỷ lệ đầu tư quỹ BHXH hằng năm.
