Công ty tôi có ký Hợp đồng xác định thá»i hạn là 3 năm vá»›i ngÆ°á»i lao Ä‘á»™ng, công việc là bán hà ng và tìm kiếm khách hà ng. Sau 1 năm là m việc thì những ngÆ°á»i lao Ä‘á»™ng nà y không thá»±c hiện được doanh số bán hà ng mà công ty đã đặt ra. Bây giá» công ty muốn chấm dứt hợp đồng lao Ä‘á»™ng vá»›i những ngÆ°á»i lao Ä‘á»™ng trên thì có được không? Thá»±c hiện theo những trình tá»±, thủ tục gì?
Tôi và o công ty từ 28/8/2013 thá» việc, được 1 tháng là ngà y 28/9/2013 tôi được ký HÄLÄ. Äược 1 năm là 28/9/2014 công ty chấm dứt HÄLÄ vá»›i tôi, trong thá»›i gian 1 năm đó thì tôi mang thai, dá»± kiến sinh ngà y 2/12/2014. Váºy cho tôi há»i tôi chấm dứt HÄLÄ trÆ°á»›c 2 tháng khi sinh con thì có được hưởng chế Ä‘á»™ thai sản không?
Tôi không hiểu tại sao mức lÆ°Æ¡ng tối thiểu vùng năm 2015 chỉ tăng 15,1%. Cho tôi há»i việc Ä‘iá»u chỉnh mức lÆ°Æ¡ng tối thiểu nhÆ° váºy dá»±a và o những yếu tố nà o? Liệu đến năm 2016, 2017, mức lÆ°Æ¡ng tối thiểu nà y có tăng hÆ¡n không?
Tôi là m công nhân trong má»™t công ty có 100% vốn Hà n Quốc. Do tình hình sản xuất khó khăn, công ty cho chúng tôi nghỉ từ ngà y 18/12 đến ngà y 4/1/2015. Từ ngà y 18/12 trở Ä‘i, nếu còn phép năm thì công nhân sẽ được hưởng 100% lÆ°Æ¡ng cho số ngà y còn phép, những ngà y còn lại sẽ được hưởng 70% lÆ°Æ¡ng. Tôi còn 7 phép năm, có nghÄ©a là từ ngà y 18/12 đến hết ngà y 25/12, tôi sẽ được hưởng nguyên lÆ°Æ¡ng, những ngà y còn lại sẽ được hưởng 70% lÆ°Æ¡ng và chúng tôi không hỠđược báo trÆ°á»›c vá» việc nghỉ trừ phép năm. Chiá»u 17/12 có quyết định 18/12 nghỉ luôn nhÆ° váºy có đúng vá»›i pháp luáºt không? HÆ¡n nữa, mức lÆ°Æ¡ng cÆ¡ bản của công ty tôi là 2.600.000 đồng, phụ cấp là 750.000 đồng.
